The Women in Insurance Awards is back for 2022 to honour the inspiring achievements of women across all sectors of the market, all levels and all disciplines, while offering a platform for companies shaping the discussion around how we can improve diversity by applauding the most forward-thinking initiatives.

r10 Is Thrilled To Have Two Of Our Women As Finalists – Jo Flint & Laura Ryan.

They were shortlisted from over 500 completed entry forms by a panel of 31 judges. We are extremely proud of their achievement and would like you to join us in congratulating them.

Jo Flint, Chief Operating Officer, is a finalist in the category of Insurance Woman of the Year (Small to Medium Companies), for her actions to help raise women’s profile in the sector through her commitments to attracting/retaining female talent, education, training, leadership, and mentoring.

Laura Ryan, Head of Finance & Operations, is a finalist in the Unsung Hero (Service Provider) category. This category is for women in non-consumer-facing roles, who have gone above and beyond to contribute to the organisation, support their team and encourage diversity.

They have both contributed massively to shaping our work and guiding our culture, actions, and decisions, so we continue to make a positive difference, making it an honour to see their continuous actions be recognised externally.
