One of our ecosystem partners required support in building out a new technology they had identified as filling a gap in the market. As a start-up, they had the business vision and expertise but needed support and advice with their delivery capability.
The development was to be a greenfield Cloud hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) offering.

What was the challenge?

The partner needed support in initiating and embedding a development capability within their organisation and identifying how they could build a robust product that would enable them to meet their business goals.

 


 

How did r10 help.

r10 provided experienced Project Management, Business Analysis and Solution Architecture resources to firstly shape and identify the key features and capabilities that the new product should have. Once this was complete enough to provide the guardrails for an Agile delivery team to be established, r10 supported the identification and engagement of the development and test resource along with documenting and implementing the structure, working practices and tooling.

Our partner was then able to concentrate on the business and product ownership whilst building the dev/ops capability that could ultimately build and support the service required.

What was the outcome?

  • Our partner/client has now successfully built their product and is in a position to take it to market.
  • r10, as planned, has been able to step back and allow the start-up organisation to take full ownership of their business and product.
