Arun has 4 years’ experience in the resourcing industry working with a range of clients working within the technology space. Working within areas such as fintech, consumer technology, SaaS, and IT, providing Arun with broad and extensive experience and understanding of the market.
Joining r10 in July 2021, Arun manages the delivery of our end-to-end resourcing capabilities through our projects, people and advisory services. Previous experience provided Arun with expertise in stakeholder management both internal and external, allowing him to bring both a strategic and advisory approach to client challenges by offering tailored solutions.
Through his excellent rapport building skills Arun builds strong relationships with our consultants enabling a higher retention on placements. Arun’s an integral part in the implementation and further development of our talent strategies, through his expertise and resourcing knowledge.
