Prior to joining r10 in 2019 Bayley worked at Archant, a Media, Advertising & Marketing company. Working to support the directors and management with BAU processes, helping with the development and expansion of the business remit. The experience and skill Bayley gained in this position lent themselves well to her new career with r10.
Bayley plays a key role in the Talent & Resourcing Team ensuring we continuously attract and engage with the highest quality talent to provide r10 and our clients with best-in-class expertise. Her logical approach and attention to detail enables her to nurture and build relationships with SME consultants supporting the growing demand and development of the r10 People, Projects and Advisory teams.
