Jo has valuable experience working with some of our largest clients and continues to do so in her role as COO. She has extensive experience, leading r10’s Talent and Resourcing, Sales and Account Management and Marketing and Communication divisions. Jo is an effective leader with a natural inclination to solve complex problems and drive change, which aligns perfectly with r10’s mission to help the global insurance market embrace change, and welcome future challenges.
Before joining r10, Jo headed up the UK and European (EMEA) resourcing function at QBE Europe. She was responsible for defining and delivering the EMEA recruitment and talent acquisition strategy. While developing and managing key strategic business relationships with internal and external clients and vendors, including offshore, onsite and offsite Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Programme (MSP) Partners.
