ASSIGNMENT BRIEF
r10 are currently looking for a Business Analyst to assist with a proof of concept project in relation to a claims system implementation.

ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES:

  • Undertake analysis on current claims as is processes and document the as is processes 
  • Undertake analysis on selected software and document to be processes 
  • Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future changes in services, products and systems
  • Write user stories and business process modelling

REQUIRED SKILL SET:

  • Ability to articulate clearly with good attention to detail
  • Strong communication and Influencing skills 
  • Understanding of claim process lifecycle 
  • Ability to analyze business processes and workflows
