SAP Business Change Manager / Consultant

OPPORTUNITY BRIEF:

Our client is a world leading professional services organisation that deliver business led, technology enabled change for clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions. They have a track record of delivering large, complex and brand defining SAP S/4HANA & Finance transformations and are looking to expand the permanent team and progress the career of a competent ang high potential SAP S4/HANA Business Change Manager.

The business has started 2020 with a long list of great in-flight programmes and have an exciting pipeline of opportunities in SAP Consulting services working with leading global and local brands. The successful consultant will be pivotal in driving the SAP and Finance Consulting practice to the next level providing a wealth of opportunities for the individual.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Help clients maximise the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address key areas: sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital.
  • Work within Change Management team to ensure the programmes and projects meet their objectives, increase employee adoption and usage of the systems and technology focusing on the people side of change.
  • Provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies.
  • Demonstrate a structured change management approach integrated with agile project management involving high collaboration and diverse (technical and non-technical) stakeholders
  • Develop and manage tailored program plans for deployment and change to drive adoption and minimize resistance across our clients
  • Manage the transition of change to the business, building change networks, internal capabilities and support models.
  • Ensure the interests of the SponsorsĀ are met by the project and programme, building and managing Business Benefits Realization Programmes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous working experience in a large consulting company
  • Demonstrable experience as a technology Business Change Manager on large scale transformation programmes, underpinned by technology, in one or more industries for Tier 1 clients
  • Experience of delivering Change within a large-scale SAP ECC or SAPĀ S/4 Hana implementation is desirable
  • Experienced of delivering change in multi-site / regional / global programmes
  • A proven track record in helping global brands transform their organisations.

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • familiar with Finance and Controlling processes and solutions.
  • Ability to demonstrate five core attributes; whole leadership, technical capabilities, business acumen, global acumen and relationships.
