ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW:
Alchemy London Market currently requires an experienced Project Manager to be integral part of a dynamic Business Project Management team, contributing to one of the most significant transformation programs globally. You will be responsible for overseeing initiatives that drive our transformation agenda, ensuring delivery of quality products within scope, on time, and within budget.
ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVES:
- Leading one or more projects within the transformation program.
- Manage project delivery from discovery to post-live adoption.
- Ensure adherence to project management policies, controls, and governance frameworks.
- Track and report project performance to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Manage resources, budget, schedule, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation, including RAID logs and business playback sessions.
- Own the backlog of work, prioritizing based on value and driving continual improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, representing the company internally and externally.
- Provide input on project modifications, changes, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee project team members, providing direction, guidance, and performance feedback.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL-SET
- Good working knowledge of the London Insurance Market.
- Knowledge of ACCORD and EDI standards.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within a transformation context.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing capacity on customer sites as required.
- Understanding of the ability to work through customer onboarding in a clear, concise, and at pace manner.
- Understanding of the Customer (Broker, Carrier, etc.) Data Set.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovation-driven mindset with a focus on continuous delivery.
