Experience

Beth partnered with r10 to launch its new People Advisory team in 2019. With a passion for innovation and change, with people at its heart, she has worked across financial and professional services throughout her career including HSBC, Coutts, KPMG and QBE Insurance. For more than 10 years, since led the self-service workstream of the £200m branch transformation programme at HSBC. Beth has kept close to technological innovation and development across the financial services sector, bringing a people-focus to strategic change that ensures organisations are best placed to achieve sustainable success as these new opportunities arise. She is an accredited Agile HR practitioner and her methodologies focus on creating people-centred, engaged and productive organisations.

What attracted Beth to r10

r10’s success is based on building deep partnerships with its clients, its consultants and the people with whom it interacts. Trust and understanding are key to this and ensuring that more than just words, this is how the entire organisation operates. It’s a natural home to develop a People Advisory that is wedded to innovation both in terms of its own practice, but also the challenges clients are facing as they transform for the future.

Hobbies

Enjoying the outside, whether walking, gardening or sitting and watching the sunset with a glass of wine (and it has to be a good one).

Three things that most people don’t know about Beth

Beth has 2 Blue Peter badges, was the English voice of telephone banking for HSBC Turkey and used to regularly perform to YMCA in a toucan costume.
