Chris has been working within the insurance industry for over 15 years, learning the ropes at AVIVA (Norwich Union). During almost 10 years his career moved into IT, becoming a Solution Architect, then joining the London Market Bureau with Xchanging, now DXC. In roles leading central service change projects and programmes from the architecture viewpoint, he became the CTO for the London Market account, leading the IT architecture, strategy and modernisation agenda.
Having extensive experience of working with Lloyd’s and the London Market across accounting & settlement and claims, Chris is well placed to add his knowledge of modern technologies including cloud, integration protocols and dev-ops practices to the sector. He has a keen interest in driving out business value and improvement from any technical development.
What attracted Chris to r10
Chris’s experience within large corporations has provided exposure to a wide range of disciplines including architecture, marketing, procurement, security and change management. The opportunity to bring a CTO’s view to a more dynamic environment and help r10’s clients and partners to navigate change initiatives, internal process and achieve valuable outcomes was very attractive.
