Jo partnered with r10 in 2017 to implement talent strategies that enable us to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. She is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience in resource management and talent acquisition.
Jo has broad experience in various industries including insurance and professional services. Prior to joining the r10 team, Jo headed up the UK and European (EMEA) Recruitment Function at QBE Europe. She was responsible for defining and delivering the EMEA Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Strategy as well as developing and managing key strategic business relationships with internal and external clients and vendors, including onsite and offsite RPO / MSP Partners.
What attracted Jo to r10
Jo’s experience and passion for working on HR Operational Transformation Projects attracted her to partner with r10. She has seen a real opportunity to work with r10 as it is growing. Her objective is to ensure that r10 have a talent pool of consultants who have the support they need to reach their full potential and can make a difference to our clients.

Jo has two pugs. She climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in 2014 for charity. She used to be a competitive dressage horse rider from the ages 16-21.
