Lauren joined r10 in 2018 to implement and develop further talent strategies, which will enable the recruitment, training, and retention of our talent pool of high performing associates (r10 community) and team members.
Lauren has over 5 years recruiting experience for insurance and investment services with QBE and most recently Aon. She is well travelled following long-term trips around south-east Asia and Australia and prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships and excelling in all previous roles. She is a diversity and inclusion subject matter expert and has recently received an award for her contribution to improving the UK maternity policy for a global brand.
What attracted Lauren to r10
After spending many years in HR in global companies, Lauren is excited to have the opportunity to be able to influence ideas and work with like-minded and forward-thinking people who want to bring change to the London insurance market.

Three things that most people don’t know about Lauren
Lauren previously trekked the Great Wall of China raising thousands for charity. She has also trained at the famous Sylvia Young theatre school. And puts ketchup on everything!
