Chairman of Advisory Board
Malcolm joined r10 in 2018 to chair the Advisory Board as a non-Executive director. In this capacity, Malcolm is responsible for supporting the Executive Management team in achieving r10’s strategic goals. Malcolm is a qualified accountant, who has held leadership positions at JP Morgan, XL Capital, Brit Insurance and the Lloyd’s Market Association. He has broad experience of operating in regulated businesses, knowledge in Lloyd’s of London operations and conduct of business regulations. Since 2012, he has been operating as a Non-Executive Director on a number of organisations, including Hamilton Underwriting and Thompson Heath and Bond.

Malcolm completed the London Marathon three times raising over £35,000 for charities. He is an accredited executive coach. He lived in Italy for two and half years while he was working for JP Morgan.
